The Food for Health and Safety Challenge is a product of the collaboration between the Dutch Ministry of Defence, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, UMC Utrecht and three Dutch universities: Eindhoven University of Technology, Wageningen University and Research and Utrecht University.
