Organisation

The Food for Health and Safety Challenge is a product of the collaboration between the Dutch Ministry of Defence, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, UMC Utrecht and three Dutch universities: Eindhoven University of Technology, Wageningen University and Research and Utrecht University. The latter four form an alliance, of which this project is the first to be executed. The two Dutch ministries bring guidance and industry experience to this collaboration.

the Alliance

The focus of the collaboration between the three universities and the medical hospital lies on young talent, as well as on impactful fields of study. One can think of fortifying the systematic transition of e.g. energy, food, health and circular society. The alliance strives to collaborate with a variety of different external partners.
